Corporate Campus Network & Data Centre
Regional Conglomerate HQ Dubai
Project Overview
A regional conglomerate was consolidating operations into a new 3-building headquarters campus in Dubai and needed a network infrastructure capable of supporting 1,200 employees, 50+ servers, and mission-critical applications including SAP, Microsoft 365, and custom ERP systems with zero tolerance for downtime.
We designed and deployed a full campus network with a Cisco Nexus spine-leaf data centre fabric, HP Aruba access-layer switching, 40Gbps fibre interconnects between buildings, and a Fortinet security stack with next-gen firewalls, IPS, and SD-WAN for branch office connectivity. The on-premises Tier III data centre includes redundant power (UPS + generator), precision cooling, fire suppression, and biometric access control.
The wireless network covers all office floors, meeting rooms, and common areas with Aruba Wi-Fi 6E access points, supporting 3,000+ concurrent devices with quality-of-service policies that prioritise voice and video traffic. Our team managed the project from design through to cutover with zero business disruption during the migration from the old offices, and now provides ongoing managed services under a 5-year contract.

The Challenge
Consolidating 3 separate office locations into a new campus required migrating 1,200 users, 50+ servers, and mission-critical applications without any business disruption — while building a future-proof network for the next 10 years.
Our Solution
We designed a spine-leaf campus network, built a Tier III data centre, deployed Wi-Fi 6E across the campus, implemented SD-WAN for branch connectivity, and executed a zero-downtime migration over a weekend.
Key Features
Spine-leaf data centre fabric with 40Gbps interconnects
Tier III data centre with redundant power and cooling
Wi-Fi 6E deployment across 3 buildings
Fortinet next-gen firewall and IPS security stack
SD-WAN for branch office connectivity
Zero-downtime weekend migration for 1,200 users

Results & Impact
Zero minutes of unplanned downtime in first 18 months
Network supports 3,000+ concurrent wireless devices
WAN costs reduced by 40% through SD-WAN optimisation
Migration completed over a single weekend with no business impact
“Migrating 1,200 people and 50 servers without a single minute of downtime was remarkable. Our new campus network is the most reliable and fastest we've ever had. Nastrum's team was professional, meticulous, and a pleasure to work with.”
