A leading multi-specialty clinic group in Dubai Healthcare City was losing patients to competitors who offered digital convenience. Their appointment booking was phone-only, medical records were paper-based, and there was no capability for virtual consultations — a critical gap exposed during the pandemic.

We developed a comprehensive patient portal that integrates with their existing EMR system, enabling patients to book appointments, access medical records, request prescription refills, and conduct video consultations — all through a secure, DHA-compliant web application. The platform includes automated appointment reminders via SMS and WhatsApp, reducing no-show rates significantly.

For clinic administrators, we built a real-time dashboard that tracks patient flow, doctor utilisation, revenue per department, and satisfaction scores. The telemedicine module supports HD video consultations with screen-sharing for diagnostic imaging review, e-prescriptions, and secure file sharing — enabling the clinic to serve patients across the UAE without requiring in-person visits.
