Project Overview

One of Dubai's fastest-growing real estate brokerages was struggling with a fragmented tech stack: their website was a static WordPress site that couldn't handle advanced property search, leads were tracked in spreadsheets, and agents had no mobile tools for on-the-go client management. The result was lost leads, slow response times, and missed commission opportunities.

We built an end-to-end real estate platform combining a high-performance listing website with an integrated CRM. The website features interactive map-based search, advanced filters (area, price, bedrooms, amenities), 360-degree virtual tours, and a mortgage calculator — all optimised for mobile. Leads from the website, property portals (Bayut, Property Finder), and social media flow directly into the CRM with automated assignment based on agent specialisation and workload.

The CRM tracks every lead interaction — calls, viewings, follow-ups, offers — with automated reminders and escalation rules that ensure no lead goes cold. A real-time commission tracker eliminates disputes, while management dashboards show pipeline value, conversion rates, and agent performance across the brokerage. Integration with DLD provides automated transaction verification.
