2.6 System Abuse

You must not:

  • Deliberately overload our servers with excessive requests

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of products, prices, and tax rates entered into the Service
  • Compliance with all tax laws applicable to your business, including correct tax rates, filing, and reporting
  • Compliance with consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction regarding pricing, receipts, and returns
  • Obtaining any required licences, permits, or registrations to operate your business

Nastrum POS provides tax calculation tools as a convenience. We are not a tax advisor and the calculations are not a substitute for professional tax advice.

5Consequences of Violation

If you violate this AUP, Nastrum may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a warning
  • Suspend your account temporarily while we investigate
  • Terminate your account permanently without refund
  • Report activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law

For minor or accidental violations, we will typically issue a warning and allow you to correct the behaviour. For serious violations (illegal activity, fraud, security attacks), we may terminate immediately and without notice.

6Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP by another user, or if you discover a security vulnerability in the Service, please report it to us immediately:

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against users who make good-faith reports.

7Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in the law or the Service. We will provide advance notice of material changes via email and in-app notice.
